Edi Kante, a visionary vignaiolo from Carso, primarily cultivates white grapes like Malvasia, Vitovska, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc. However, he also grows reds - Terrano, Pinot Nero, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot - blending them into this fresh, elegant, multi-vintage Rosso. Each variety is vinified separately in his limestone-carved, three-story cellar, offering a great introduction to the region's cooler-climate reds.-
